MORNING BUZZ



I drink my morning buzz each morning as soon as I wake up and chase it with a full bottle of water to make sure the nutrients are being flushed through my body thoroughly.


Quantity Used
  • 5 Lemons
  • 5 1 inch pieces of Ginger Root
I filled the glasses with water and placed them in the fridge.

Some health benefits

Ginger - Fights Cancer (has been shown to help treat cancers including ovarian cancer), Helps with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), Protects Against Alzheimer's Disease, Helps manage glucose levels, Helps with Weight loss and more-- there is such a long list of health benefits! 

Lemon - To name a few, it is a useful treatment for kidney stones, reducing strokes, lowering body temperature and much more
